"Ryan Lojak Sales Manager was Awesome. I called the day before because Ohio was waiting on shipments of the Yamaha TW 200 & they had 2 in the store. He held one for us to drive the 2 1/2 hours to purchase it. When we arrived he was very friendly and very knowledgeable and explained the bike to me because I'm new to riding.
