DEALERSHIP HISTORY

In the 1960s two enterprising brothers, Ron and Joe Lojak fell in love with motorcycle racing. Their racing careers blossomed into other competitors bringing their machines to them to be repaired and set up similar to theirs. After numerous race wins these two brothers turned their passion for motorcycle racing into a full-fledged business. With humble beginnings in 1974, they started Lojaks Cycle Sales. With many additions over the years, the business is still located in the same location. Through many years of hard work they were able to expand their small shop into one of the country's largest Husqvarna dealerships, and with this success Yamaha came knocking on the door in 1983, a partnership that has endured through the ages. As Husqvarna corporation was sold Yamaha became their flagship brand til 2015 Husqvarna was revamped and emerged as a force in the industry again. It was a natural fit for Lojaks to restart their legendary partnership again.

A Star Is Born

As Ron and Joe's racing careers progressed they realized their young nephews' talents had eclipsed theirs, with Ron and Joe's experience and support Ed and Bucky took center stage. In the late 70s, young Ed and Bucky Lojak began to emerge as some of the first stars of off-road racing. In the early 80s, Ed would begin his assault on the industry. Becoming one of the fastest men on the scene Ed ended up with 15 total national overall championships. Through the late '70s, '80s, and early '90s the Lojak family of racers dominated off-road racing. From Ron, Joe, Ed, Bucky, and Josh to the devoted customers and support riders this racing family amassed a staggering amount of local and national racing titles.

As racing careers ended Lojaks Cycle sales thrived, due to its countless number of customers and support riders that loyally supported the shop they came to find they could get reasonable prices, outstanding service, and more importantly knowledge.
